I have it fixed now.
$imgConf['file.']['width'] = 70 . 'm';
$imgConf['file.']['height'] = 54 . 'm';

I tried this before but it didn't do anything - it makes an img tag but with
every attribute empty, I then looked at the install tool and discovered that
ImageMagik wasn't set up correctly. Now it works!
