folks,
the caching in typo3 takes into account current logged on user FE groups membership using [Login usergroups] It is kinda good feature but is not realy needed in my cases. Is there any way to disable that feature and to make the cache to cache pages regardless of who is logged on? thank you Vahan _______________________________________________ TYPO3-english mailing list TYPO3-english (AT) lists (DOT) netfielders.de http://lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/.../typo3-english |

There is something called 'Login Mode' so 3.8 changes:
here is the changelog: * New feature for page records: Frontend Login Mode. Makes it possible to disable (and enable later) frontend logins for branches of the page tree. Disabling will make it look like no user is authenticated. This feature is very useful if you wish a highly performant website using cache control headers while specifying sections where user logins are accepted (for dynamic content) It doesn't seem to be well documented though, so I don't know how to set it. (But I might have searched wrong. I did not find much on this either.
I found that a page should have fe_login_mode column but my typo3 v4.1.1 does not have it. should I install some additional extension?
