No one else is missing ts_ref? any idea where it is or maybe when it is
coming back?

Or am I missing something else that is very obvious to others :-!

Yeah, some weird things are happening on typo3.org. Recently the link
to the Core API disappeared from the Documentation/Core Documentation
page too... I'll post that to the typo3.org ML.

Somebody else started a thread about this a couple of weeks ago--the
API stuff has moved UP in the menu, so you don't have to go as many
levels down to find it--it's now directly under documentation and
contains exactly what it always has.

these links are created dynamicly by the extension ter_doc. I saw that there
are some cache problems too, and may be this is the reason why the link
disappeared. I think if anyone on typo3.org clears the cache, the link will
be visible again.
