Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to share the typo3 source between
vhosts in apache 2.

I have tried to place the typo3 source at /srv/www/vhosts/typo3 and then
make a symlink to that position. The symlink works for normal html files
but no php code is executed just a blank page.

I have also tried to place the source in /usr/shared/php5 but with the
same result only a blank page.

Is it at all possible?

If you use safe_mode, then check your php.ini file:

safe_mode_include_dir = /usr/local/php/bin
safe_mode_exec_dir = /usr/local/php/bin
