TYPO3 Mailingliste: nicht fragen - lesen!

Hi all,



I recently installed typo3 4.1 on the latest ubuntu server. Everything is working properly I just can't get ImageMagick to work...

The problem is that the install Tool reports that it can not read JPG and PNG files (and everything else that is related to these formats).

It can read GIF but the tool reports that the file size iz very different from reference...



Can somebody please guide me trough the complete process of installing ImageMagick with all the libraries it needs so typo3 could work with JPG and PNG files (I don't care for PDF...).

Or point me to a good article. I am trying to make this work for 2 weeks now with no success.
