Standard [TYPO3-shop] md5 hash fails with 2.5.1 download

Greetings,

Last night I had everything in the shop system tt_products 2.5.1, table
0.1.8, and fh_library 0.0.13 working amazing. Over 1,000 products in
categories and displaying with design in css, etc. with TYPO3 4.0.3 and
successfully connecting to PayPal just fine. Just now I go into the
backend and begin working and check the frontend to find that absolutely
nothing is generated for the pages that have products extensions as
elements on them. No source, or typo3 errors, just a completely blank
page. At one point I had a 'page is being generated message' that never
changed. This is very surprising to me. I am using PHP 5.2.0-1. So after
this happened I downgrade to TYPO3 4.0.2 since that was the latest
change to the system. Same thing happens. So I uninstall the products
extension and various components that go with it and all the pages are
displaying fine, of course without any products anymore. I delete the
files for tt_products ext and go to extension manager to download again
and I recieve this message:

Error: The datatransfer did not succeed. Error: MD5 hash of downloaded
file not as expected:
f89468586b971324b178e6d3cd133a0b != 4706f9f74755f74ac6746e580f2cb421

I download manually from typo3.org and install it, still it no longer
works at all. Please, we were just about to launch this weekend and now
this happens!! Any Ideas!!

Thank you.

Johnny

For which tt_products display modes does this happen?
Did you also try it with the latest download of tt_products?

Maybe you must update your extension list first from repository before
you start with the download from TER.

Yes, Thank you Franz. All of the issues were taken care of and turned
out not to have so much to do with TYPO3 or tt_products but rather
updates on the servers. It is on a grid network with all sorts of great
load balancing and other mischief makers. Regarding the hash, user error
on my part and way(!) too much going on at the same time to think
clearly very clearly at the time. Thank you.
