Is there a file, or files somewhere in the extension folders that one
could look at to see the full set of markers are available?

Hi, look at the database / tables.. I think many markers are present by the
field names. Or check the template file..

most markers are contained inside the example templates
example_template_bill_de.tmpl
and
products_css_variants_de.html

The product markers can be reconstructed by having a look into the field
names of the table in phpMyAdmin. In tt_products 2.8.0 you also have a
tooltip to show you the field name. This will lead you to the marker for it.
