Right now, I have about 100 authors using custom workspaces to
contribute content to several sites. When they edit content/pages, the Record/Undo (or Record history) shows the changes they have made in the workspace since the content/page was last published. However, once the page is published by a reviewer/publisher, the Record history does not show that any changes were made unless the change was insert/delete. An administrator has to look in the Tools > Log module in order to see other changes made and/or revert these changes because they do not even appear in the Web > Info module with the Log function. If an author makes changes in the Live workspace, the Record history shows that a change was made and all authors can see it too. So I am sure that logging is happening, I am just confused why I can't make it available to my authors when they use the workspace to edit content or pages. Am I missing something? TYPO3 version 4.0.3 custom workspace, although I observed it in a fresh install of Dummy/src4.0.3 with the default Draft workspace too mysql Ver 14.7 Distrib 4.1.20 php-4.3.9-3 (RH Release 22) Thank you. That happens only to older changes (older than the publish). New changes to the content itself show up again.
